Bonded by B Love welcomes by appointments only for permanent jewelry. Please book one appointment per person for your group. The entire experience can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, so please plan accordingly.

 

Upon arrival at the store, an associate will write a ticket for you, and you’ll have the opportunity to select from over 60 chains and various charms. The chain selection process takes about 10 minutes per person. After selecting your chain options, you will meet with an artist who will present your choices for you to finalize.

 

Once you’ve chosen a chain, we will measure your wrist, ankle, neck, or finger to custom-make the jewelry to fit you perfectly. The welding process typically takes between 5 to 10 minutes per service selected. 

 

The artist will review the inspection with you, ensuring you initial your understanding.

 

Please note that while our jewelry is crafted to last, the chains are not indestructible. It’s essential to care for your jewelry, including regular cleaning, once you leave the store. Bonded by B Love reserves the right to have all customers sign off on a four-point inspection confirming that the weld is secure, the chain is intact, the sizing is appropriate, and that you understand the care instructions. All permanent jewelry is a final sale due to the custom nature of the service.
