Cancellation Policy

Each appointment is for one person, but you're not limited to only one bracelet! We book 15 minutes per person so you have time to pick your chain(s) and get Bonded! We require a $20 deposit that will be credited towards your purchase. *Due to the customization of the chain there are NO REFUNDS *Please note the bracelets are not $20.
