Parties can be anywhere from 2-6 hours long (depending on your guest count) A $150 deposit is required with confirmed big party appointments. This will go towards your purchase. Non refundable if cancellation occurs after 24 hours of the appointment time. Thank you for understanding. *Due to the customization of the chain there are NO REFUNDS*
Cancellation Policy
Each appointment is for one person, but you're not limited to only one bracelet! We book 15 minutes per person so you have time to pick your chain(s) and get Bonded!
